Your system is covered two ways — the equipment by the manufacturer, and the way it’s installed by us. Both run for five years from the day of installation.
We fit the German-made Blauberg Turbo range, and every fan carries a 5-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and manufacture. If a fan fails under normal use inside five years, it’s replaced.
Everything we do with our hands — fan mounting, ducting, vent work, timer and wiring connections — is guaranteed for five years. If any part of the install fails or stops doing its job, we come back and put it right at no cost.
